Shipping policy

 

Smart Hippo dispatch Monday - Friday by 12pm midday.

Any orders after this time will be posted the next working day.
We do not post on the weekend or any bank holidays. 

We use Royal Mail 48 as our default delivery service. This service costs £1.99 up to £11.99 depending on how many items you order. This will be calculated at the checkout and is to all out UK based customers.  A tracking number will be uploaded to your dispatch notice.
No signature will be required at your end in the UK for this service as all mail is tracked and scanned at the door before delivery and GPS data is saved on Royal Mails system.

Worldwide Delivery service is £9.99 upwards depending on how many items you order. This fee we post anywhere around the world and is tracked.
